A visiting card, also known as a calling card, is a small card with one's name printed on it, and often bearing an artistic design.Visiting cards became an indispensable tool of etiquette, with sophisticated rules governing their use.

The essential convention was that a first person would not expect to see a second person in the second's own home (unless invited or introduced) without the first having first left his visiting card at the second's home. Upon leaving the card, the first would not expect to be admitted at first, but instead might receive a card at his own home in response from the second.

Glossy business cards are a great choice for those that are looking for a budget-friendly option. These cards are 14pt thick and come with High Gloss UV coating applied to both sides. Glossy paper stock has high color saturation for exquisite contrast and range to really make your image come to life.

Our glossy business cards have a rich surface that will hold up due to the thick stock and sturdy, high gloss UV coating. The extra layer of high gloss coating applied to our cards prevents wear and stains while adding that extra shine. You will not be able to write directly onto this product because of its impermeable finish, but if you need that feature, a great option is to forgo the high gloss coating on the back of the card. Simply select "Grayscale Back" or "Blank Back."
